摘要
氨基糖苷类药物属静止期杀菌剂,对铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌等常见革兰阴性菌的抗生素后效应(PAE)较长,杀菌作用完全,多用于与其它抗菌药物联合用药治疗需氧革兰阴性杆菌或耐药革兰阳性菌所致的严重感染,在临床上有着不可替代的地位。本文回顾氨基糖苷类药物的发展历程,介绍其作用机制、耐药机制以及不良反应,以促进氨基糖苷类药物的合理使用。
Aminoglycosides belong to dormant period microbicides,and they have longer post antibiotic effects(PAE)and potent activity against common Gram-negative bacteria such as Pseudomonas,Klebsiella, Pneumoniae,E.coli and so on.They are often used in the treatment of serious infection caused by aerobic Gram- negative and drug resistant Gram-positive bacteria by combination of other antibiotics.So their position in clinic can not be substituted by others.We review the development process of aminoglycosides,and introduce their peculiar mechanism of action,resistance mechanisms and adverse reaction so as to promote their reasonable medication.
