摘要
以罗布麻短纤为研究对象,对其进行碱膨化改性制备吸附材料.通过对碱浓度、碱膨化时间、碱膨化浴比等参数的优化,得出了罗布麻短纤的最佳碱膨化改性工艺.研究表明:经碱膨化改性的罗布麻短纤具备较高的吸附能力,可用于印染废水的脱色处理,同时试验得出了改性罗布麻短纤的最佳脱色工艺.
Adsorbing material was preparaed form apocynum staple through alkali expanded modification. The influence of Alkali swelling concentration,treating time and bath ratio on the modification to Apocynum Staple were studied to seek for the optimum modification conditions.The research reveals that apocynum staple modified through alkali swellen modification with high adsorption ability can be used for discoloration on dyeing and finishing wastewater.Meanwhile,the optimum discoloration process of apocynum venetum staple was determined.
