体外反搏对慢性心力衰竭PCI术后的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨体外反搏(EECP)对女性慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者PCI术后的疗效及安全性。方法选择53例CHF行PCI术的绝经后女性患者,随机分为EECP组和药物治疗组。EECP组在常规药物基础上加做EECP8周,药物治疗组只进行常规药物治疗。两组患者治疗前、后均检测6min步行距离及Tei指数。结果两组6min步行距离(m)(589.00±47.17、556.00±48.17)及Tei指数(0.38±0.11、0.45±0.12)与治疗前(465.50±41.80、467.75±40.76,0.57±0.12、0.56±0.13)相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论EECP可提高女性CHF患者PCI术后的心肌缺氧能力,改善心功能,提高运动耐量,值得临床推广。 Objective To assess the efficacy and the safety of Enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) in patients with coronary heart disease who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention, and to approach the influence on cardiac function. Methods Fifty-three female patients with coronary heart disease who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention were randomly divided into EECP group and control group, and their cardiac function ranked form NYHA Ⅱ to Ⅲ level. Both groups were given conventional treatment. EECP group was combined with EECP. The total period of treatment was 8 weeks. The followings were used for analysis: 1.6-minute walking disrance, Tei index. Results According to 6-minutes walking distance and Tei index, EECP group showed significant difference after treatment (P〈0.01) and was different significantly compared with control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion EECP is effective and safe in female patients with coronary heart disease who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention, and the left ventricular function can be improved.
