摘要
针对高校图书馆人员队伍结构不合理、人力资源明显不足这两大问题,探讨了高校图书馆如何引进在校大学生这一"未来人力资源的后备力量",使之成为高校图书馆重要的生力军,在服务工作中发挥重要的作用。
In the light of two problems of irrational structure of librarians and obvious shortage of human resources in university library,this paper probes into the problem of how to introduce university students,the reserve personnel of future human resources of university library,and how to make them become the major force of university library and play an important role in the services.
