摘要
在高温高压含硫气藏测试难点分析的基础上,形成了以压力温度预测、管柱力学分析、水合物形成条件预测、储层参数及产能预测等研究为基础,综合考虑测试方式、测试设备、测试工艺间相互影响的测试优化设计指导原则;探讨了以管柱及工具优化设计、井口装置及地面流程设计、测试方式优选、施工参数优化为核心的测试优化设计主要技术。通过在川东北重点探井推广应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the analysis of the difficulties of the test to high temperature and high pressure gas reservoir with sulfur gas,the optimized design guidelines are formed by studying on pressure temperature prediction,string mechanics analysis,reservoir parameter prediction,and productivity prediction research,comprehensively considering the testing method,test equipment,the mutual influence between testing process.The main testing technology which is the core optimized design of testing string and tool,the well head device and the surface flow design,optimization of testing manner and operation parameters is discussed.Through good improvement and application in the key exploration wells in the northeastern Sichuan gas field,it achieves a successful application of good economic and social benefit.
