摘要
目的:回顾性分析487例牙种植患者临床病例资料,评估其临床效果。方法:选择2006年2月到2010年2月郑州大学口腔医学院种植科接受种植治疗的487例种植患者,共植入种植体1 026颗,其中包括ITI系统703例、四川大学的CD IC系统257例,Anthogyr系统66例。461例患者采用切开翻瓣法,26例使用微创手术(不翻瓣环切刀取龈瓣后直接钻孔)。结果:上颌多于下颌,后牙区多于前牙区;上前牙美学区种植所占比例最大,占42.1%。主要采用的种植外科技术有:上颌窦底外提升(并植入骨粉)同期种植术26例,GBR植骨同期种植230例,上颌窦底内提升同期种植术38例,骨挤压术56例。有2例患者共2枚种植体出现松动,并脱落,失败率占0.19%。结论:本研究显示,种植患者缺牙部位出现骨量不足占43.9%,通过实施骨增量手术可以进行种植,且美学效果良好。
Objective： To analysis 487 patients＇ data who received tooth implantation treatment and evaluate the clinical effect.Methods： 1 026 implants had been implanted in 487 patients in the implant department of the stomatology hospital of Zhengzhou University from the February of 2006 to the February 2010,703 of them were ITI,257 of them were CDIC,66 of them were Anthogyr.461 cases were applied with the common operation,26 cases were applied with minimally invasive operation.Results： The implants applied in maxillary more than in mandible regions,and the implants in the posterior area more than the anterior area;The most standard plus implants were implanted in the anterior of maxillary,42.1% of the total implants.26 patients window technique for sinus elevation（bone powder graft）, 230 patients were applied with GBR,38 patients were applied with osteotome technique for sinus lift,56 patients were applied with bone condense.2 implants of 2 patients fell off,0.19% of the total implants.Conclusion： This study showed that 43.9% were alveolar bone defect,the bone incresement operation offered good condition for implants,and the esthetic outcomes was good.
