摘要 文章对中国石油长庆油田公司"十一五"的科技工作进行了总结,对"十二五"期间重点科技工作进行了简要介绍。文章认为,长庆油田公司"十一五"期间围绕实现油气当量5000×104t发展目标,大力组织了科技攻关和技术开发、推广应用工作。科技取得的长足进展,有力地推动了油气储量、产量的大幅度增长;苏里格气田、超低渗透油藏得到有效开发;低渗透油气田水平井技术取得新突破;数字化油气田生产管理配套技术基本形成。2010年年产油气当量突破3500×104t,今年将生产油气当量4000×104t,提前踏上了5000×104t规划的步子。目前正在为"上得去、稳得住、管得好"而努力。 This paper sums up the technological work PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company has launched in the '11th Five-Year Plan' period, and briefly introduces the main task during the '12th Five-Year Plan' period. According to this paper, the Company has achieved the goal of 50 million tons of oil/gas equivalent, and carried out technological research and development as well as application vigorously during the '11th Five-Year Plan' period. Oil and gas reserves and production have risen considerably powered by significant technological achievements. Sulige gas field and ultra-low- permeability oil reservoirs have been developed effectively. New breakthroughs have been made in horizontal well technique for low-permeability oil and gas fields. Systematic production control techniques for digital oil and gas fields have been developed basically. Annual oil and gas equivalent topped 35 million tons in 2010 and is going to reach 40 million tons this year, stepping on achieving the goal of 50 million tons ahead of schedule.
