摘要
简要介绍重金属镉对人体的危害,通过对浙江、福建、广东3个省水产品中镉的安全评估,阐述了水产品中镉的测定方法以及去除方法,并提出了解决水产品镉污染问题的对策。
The metal cadmium harm to the body was briefly introduced in this paper,through the security assessment of aquatic products in Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong three provinces,the method of determination and removal of cadmium in aquatic products was expatiated and countermeasures and advices about cadmium pollution of aquatic products were proposed.
