摘要
摘穗板式和卧式摘穗辊机型其茎秆只能粉碎还田,而立式摘穗辊能回收茎秆,所以茎秆能否回收已成为玉米收获机械的技术关键。立式辊的玉米联合收获机便于实现秸秆切碎回收作青贮饲料,切碎部件是立式辊玉米收获机的重要工作部件。切刀是切碎工作部件的主要零件,通过对几种玉米联合收获机切碎部件切刀型式的比较与试验分析,得出滚筒式平板直刃刀和对辊式平板直刃刀的切碎部件为立式摘穗辊玉米联合收获机械理想的关键部件。
Plate and horizontal stripper rollers can only crush stalks and return them back to field.However,the stalks could be recycled by the vertical ones.Therein,it has become a key technology of corn harvester whether the stalks can be recycled.Corn combine harvester with upright roller is easy to cut up stalks which can be reclaimed as ensile,in which the chopping parts is very important to the harvester.The chopping-blade is primary parts for chopping.Through comparing and analyzing with trial method types of chopping parts of several harvesters,we come to a conclusion that the chopping parts composed of tumbling tabulate-blade and double-rollers tabulate-blade are ideal parts for corn combine harvester with upright roller.
