摘要
为了提高钻孔效率,降低工人劳动强度,研制了联动型煤矿用全液压钻机。详细阐述了联动型ZYW-2000煤矿用全液压钻机总体方案、主要结构和液压系统的设计,并介绍了钻机的试验及应用推广情况,试验结果表明各项技术指标达到了设计要求。
In order to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the intensity of labor work,the linkage hydraulic drill rig has been developed.The paper describes the overall scheme and the general structure of ZYW-2000 linkage hydraulic drill rig used in collieries as well as the design of its hydraulic system,and introduces its testing conditions and applications.The testing results show that all technical indexes reaches the design requirements.
