摘要
介绍了3-硝基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)标准物质的制备方法。以工业品NTO为基体,经热过滤除去机械杂质、重结晶、低沸点溶剂煮洗、真空干燥等步骤,制备出均匀、稳定的NTO标准物质。使用液相色谱测试主体成分含量,对制备的标准物质进行了均匀性初检,并进行均匀性、稳定性评价研究。研究结果表明,NTO标准物质纯度达到99.91%,均匀性良好,稳定性在一年以上,达到了标准物质的技术指标要求。
The method of preparation for 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (NTO) reference material is described. The NTO reference material is prepared with the industrial product as primary substance by heat-filtration, recrystallization, vacuum drying etc. The purity of the NTO reference material is determined by HPLC. Its homogeneity and stability is tested by variance analysis method. The results show that the purity of the NTO reference material is 99. 91%, the homogeneity are good, the stability term is over one year and it can meet the required qualification of the reference material.
