摘要
文章介绍了火棘速溶粉的加工工艺。利用单因素对比试验,对脱涩、喷雾干燥等工艺及参数进行了探讨。研制出保持火棘风味、营养丰富、分散性好、添加方便、有一定保健功能的火棘粉。
The process technology of dissoluted Pyracantha fortuneana（Maxim.） Li power is introduced.multiple factors and technological parameter of atringent removel and spray-drying are discussed by single-factor comparing test.The healthy Pyracantha fortuneana powder with Pyracantha fortuneana＇s taste,much nutrition,nice dispersity and convenient addition was prepared.
