摘要
通过研究发现,30mg/kg聚六亚甲基盐酸胍对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和异养菌就有较好的杀灭作用;对枯草芽胞杆菌效果稍差,但仍有90%以上的杀菌率,是一种有效的制革杀菌剂。加速试验显示:经聚六亚甲基盐酸胍处理过的皮样保存4d就出现长霉现象,与其他防霉剂复配也没有起到增效作用,不能作为制革防霉剂使用。在制革水场的工业试验结果显示,在浸水阶段加入聚六亚甲基盐酸胍,体系细菌数水平明显降低,达到生产工艺的要求。
According to our experimental results, polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG) presents a high antibacterial effect on most of the bacteria found in leather - making process, such as escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus and heterotrophic bacteria and so on. With a dosage of 30mg/kg, the radio of sterilization can reach more than 90%, therefore, PHMG could be a good bactericide for tanning industry. Accelerated test shows that there is mildew in leather samples treated with PHMG after 4days. Combination with other fungicide does not improve the antifungal effect of PHMG, so it will be not used as fungicide in tanning industry. Also it shows that PHMG has good bactericidal effect when used in the wet end process.
