摘要
采用纤维素酶降解底物谷草,从预处理、残渣重复利用、反应条件几方面进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,最适宜的酶解温度为45 ~50 ℃;pH 为4 ~5 ; 反应时间大约21 h 。增加酶用量能提高酶解产率,但从投入产出比考虑,以酶底物比4 % 为好。残渣重复利用而不增加酶,酶解产率翻一番。秸秆全株叶茎结构不同,酶解产率也不同。搅拌和振荡有利于酶解反应的进行。
Millet straw has been hydrolyzed to glucose with cellulase. The pretreatment of substrate, the reapplication of sediment after centrifugalization and experimental conditions are all focussed on. The optimum temperature is 45~50℃ and the optimum pH is 4~5 when reaction time is ca.21h. The proportion of substrate to enzyme of 1:0.04 is recommended according to investment-production ratio. The conversion would be double as the sediment was used as enzyme preparation. The structures of leaf and stem are different so that the conversion is distinct. The agitation and the vibration may accelerate the enzymolysis.
