摘要
以某集装箱船为研究对象,从网格划分、湍流模型、VOF方程的时间离散格式及自由面是否计及等4方面对其进行了艉部轴向伴流场的数值计算策略分析,计算得到不同因素影响下的轴向伴流的周向分布图、等值线图以及桨盘面处的平均伴流分数,并将各计算结果与伴流试验结果进行比对。对于该船型,在计算艉部伴流场时,宜采用SSTk-ω模型,在考虑黏性自由面条件下选用显式VOF法,并适当增加船艉至桨盘面区域的网格数量。
With a container ship as the example, analysis of computing strategy for numerical simulation of wake field is carried out in four aspects, mesh generation method, turbulence models, considering free-surface or not, and time discretion scheme of VOF equation. Circumferential distributions of axial wake components, the contours of axial wake components and the mean wake fractions on propeller disc for mentioned variations are obtained. All the computed results are compared with experimental data. For the example ship form, adoption of SSTk-ωmodel, explicit scheme for VOF equation in consideration of viscous free surface, and appropriate increase in the grid number in the area from stern to propeller disc will be a suitable computing strategy for ship's wake field.
