摘要
描述两个国有企业在地震后的救灾安置和重建过程,分析单位制国有企业在市场化过程中的变迁特点,如员工和单位契约关系的增强、单位政治功能的减弱和多元化功能的收缩等。认为灾后重建过程加强了单位的依赖性结构,也加强了单位的政治功能,并对未来单位制国企的变迁方向进行简单讨论。
By investigating the post-earthquake resettlement and reconstruction in two state-owned enterprises,this study examines the transformation of Danwei system and how the post-earthquake resettlement has influenced the process.While market-oriented reform has enhanced contract relationship between the employee and enterprise,it has also weakened the political function of Danwei system and restricted its multiple functions.The authors of this study argue that post-earthquake resettlement has positively affected Danwei system by strengthening the dependence structure and the political function in these enterprises.The possible trend of transformation of state-owned enterprises is also briefly discussed.
