摘要
目的:研究清热凉血汤联合薇诺娜舒敏保湿修复霜治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:62例患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例。治疗组:口服清热凉血汤;对照组;口服氯雷他定片。两组同时予3%硼酸洗液湿敷,外用薇诺娜舒敏保湿修复霜。28d为1个疗程。结果:两组各失访1例。治疗组显效率为80.0%(24/30)例,对照组显效率为33.3%(10/30)例,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组症状评分较治疗前均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组在改善皮损灼热、红斑、肿胀、丘疹方面优于对照组(P<0.001),而在改善瘙痒、干燥方面,两组均有良好效果,无统计学差异。结论:清热凉血汤联合薇诺娜舒敏保湿修复霜可以明显改善面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎症状,恢复皮肤屏障功能,安全有效。
objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of QingReLiangXue decoction with winona sensitive skin moisture recovery cream on skin barrier function in patients with facial corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis.Methods： sixty-two patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the 31 in the treated group with QRLXD,while the 31 in the control group with tablet,28 days as a course.Results： two were dropped out.The total effective rate was 80%（24/30）in the treated group and 30%（10/30）in the control group respectively.Statistical difference was detected between the two groups;the scores lowered after treatment in the two groups（P0.01）;the improvements were more significant in the QRLX group in terms of aestus,erythema,tumentia and papular.squama（P0.001）,but not in prupitus and drying.Conclusion QingReLiangXue decoction with winona sensitive skin moisture recovery cream has significant clinical efficacy on CsAD,they could recover the injured facial skin barrier function.
