摘要
美国奥斯汀社区学院董事会依据美国南部院校协会的评价标准及德克萨斯州评价政策,制定教师教学评价方案,主要包括学生评价、教师自我评价、同行教师评价、领导评价四个方面,并进一步建立完善的教师教学评价申诉机制。其构建完善的教师教学评价体系,搭建多样的教师专业发展平台和形成多元的评价主体,为我国高职院校教师教学评价提供了启示。
The Board of Austin Community College against the Southern United States Association of Colleges the evalua tion criteria and evaluation of policies in Texas develop teaching evaluation program,including student evaluation,teacher self-evaluation,peer evaluation and leadership evaluation four aspects,and further establish and improve mechanisms for the teaching evaluation complaint.The sound construction of teachers teaching evaluation system,the build a variety of teacher professional development platform and the evaluation of the formation of multiple subject teachers of Austin Com munity College bring a enlightenment for higher vocational schools teaching evaluation in China.
