摘要
目的分析芜湖市居民主要死亡原因,为政府制定卫生规划、疾病预防控制策略和合理分配卫生资源提供科学依据。方法收集2009年芜湖市县区级以上医院死亡病例。按国际疾病分类法ICD-10标准进行分类。结果 2009年芜湖市共报告死亡病例2 416人,1岁以内和60岁以上报告死亡构成比最高,分别为2.61%和68.00%;0~14岁组主要报告死亡原因为起源于围生期的某些情况等,15~39岁组主要报告死亡原因为意外伤害,40~59岁组、60岁及以上年龄组主要报告死因为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病;影响芜湖市居民死亡的最主要恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌,分别占全恶性肿瘤报告死因的24.17%、14.23%、12.57%。结论慢性非传染性疾病、意外伤害已经成为影响芜湖市居民健康的主要疾病,应进一步加强预防控制工作。
Objective To analyze the leading causes of death among residents in Wuhu,and provide a scientific basis for the strategies of health planning,disease control and rational distribution of health resources.Methods The 2009 death data were collected from all death cases in district and municipal hospitals.The tenth revision of the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）was applied to categorize the death-leading diseases.Results There were 2 416 hospital-reported death cases in 2009 in Wuhu.Residents aged 60 or over and children younger than 1 year old contributed 68.00% and 2.61% of the death cases.Prenatal physical conditions,accident injuries and malignant tumor/the diseases of circulatory system were the leading causes of death,respectively for residents younger than 14 years old,aged 15-39 years and 40 years or over.The three major death-leading malignant tumors were lung（24.17% of death cases）,stomach（14.23%） and liver cancer（12.57%）.Conclusion Non-communicable chronic disease and accident injuries were the leading causes of death among adult residents in Wuhu.
