SDF-1与VEGF在胶质瘤表达中的关系及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测基质细胞衍化因子SDF-1和血管内皮生长因子VEGF在神经胶质瘤中的表达,探讨二者在胶质瘤中的表达关系.方法手术取胶质瘤标本32例,Ⅰ~Ⅳ级各8例,以免疫组化法行胶质瘤标本SDF-1和VEGF染色,分别检测SDF-1和VEGF在不同分级胶质瘤中的表达.结果 SDF-1和VEGF在胶质瘤标本中的表达与分级密切相关,SDF-1和VEGF表达的阳性率明显随级别增高而表达增强(P<0.05),且肿瘤中SDF-1和VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 SDF-1和VEGF在胶质瘤发生发展中可能具有协同作用,在肿瘤进展中可能有一定促进作用,联合检测SDF-1和VEGF可能有助于判断胶质瘤的恶性程度. Objective To detect the expression of SDF-l and VEGF protein.and investigate their relationship and significance in glioma.Method We detected the expresion of SDF-l and VEGF in glioma by using IHC in 32 cases,8 cases in each level(I-IV).Results The expression of SDF-1 and VEGF was correlated with tumor grade.Positive correlation between SDF-l and VEGF was found in glioma.Conclusions The expression of SDF-1 and VEGF may has synergetic effect and promote the occurrence and development of glioma.Combined determination of SDF-1 and VEGF may help to judge the malignant degree of glioma
