64排螺旋CT冠状动脉扫描中心率与重建相位宽度的选择 被引量:20

摘要 目的分析与心率相关的64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中最合适的相位宽度。资料与方法选取110例回顾性心电门控CT冠状动脉检查患者,评价不同心率组(Ⅰ组,<60/min;Ⅱ组,60~62/min;Ⅲ组,63~65/min;Ⅳ组,>65/min)在R-R间期75%、60%~80%和40%~80%3个相位宽度中最佳重建相位的冠状动脉图像质量。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在75%和60%~80%相位宽度图像质量高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(χ2=75.408,P<0.01),增加相位宽度至40%~80%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组图像质量有明显改善。结论心率较高时增加重建相位宽度可提高64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量,而心率<63/min时适合用窄相位宽度扫描模式。 Purpose To determine the optimal phase window width(PWW)to heart rate (HR) in 64-slice CT coronary angiography(CTCA) . Materials and Methods A total of 110 patients undergone retrospective ECG-gating CTCA were enrolled in this study. The image quality of coronary artery of 4 different HR groups (groupⅠ60 beats per minute, groupⅡ 61~62 beats per minute,groupⅢ 63~65 beats per minute, groupⅣ 65 beats per minute) were evaluated respectively with optimal phase window within 3 different PWW( 75%, 60%~80% and 40%~80% of R-R interval). Results The image quality of coronary artery in groupⅠ and Ⅱ with PWW of 75% and 60%~80% was higher than that of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The image quality of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ obviously improved when PWW was widened to 40%-80%(χ2=75.408 P0.01). Conclusion Widening PWW can improve image quality of 64-slice CT coronary angiography in higher heart rate, while it is better to use narrow PPW protocol when the heart rate is less than 63 beats per minute.
