摘要
结合高校体育教学工作的实际,对我国高校体育师资队伍建设与体育教学基本技能进行了研究,探讨了提高我国高校体育师资队伍整体素质的基本思路和主要措施。搞好高校体育师资队伍建设是提高高校体育教育水平的关键,必须加强师资队伍的思想素质、业务素质教育,搞好学科带头人建设,抓住教学质量和科研水平提高是学校体育工作全面提高的中心工作。
In combination with the practice of college physical education, the paper researches college physical education teaching staff construction and basic skills of physical education teaching , discuses the basic thought and main measures to improve college physical education teaching staff construction. The research points out that constructing college physical education teaching staff is the key to increase college physical education level, we must strengthen teaching staff quality and do well the job of academic leader construction. The paper points out grasping teaching quality and increasing scientific and research level is the centre of college physical education.
