摘要
总结了数控系统智能化的必要性,分析了智能数控系统的内涵,指出了数控系统智能化是STEP-NC标准发展的必然结果,并最终将导致CAD,CAM,CNC的一体化。对数控系统从微观与宏观两方面进行建模,提出了智能化数控系统应从宏观体系高度与微观方法两方面进行研究的观点。最后指出智能数控系统的发展有赖于人工智能技术的进步。
This paper summaries the necessities of the intelligent CNC,analyzes its essence and indicates that the intelligent CNC is the inevitable result of the STEP-NC standard which results in the integrity of CAD、CAM and CNC.Modeling of the intelligent CNC in terms of macrocosmic and microcosmic aspects as well as the studying methodology are presented.Finally,it also points out that the development of the INC depends on the progress of the artificial intelligence.
