键合型PU/Eu(Cit)Phen荧光纳米纤维制备与表征 被引量:3

Preparation and Characterization of Fluorescent Nanofibers Derived from Covalent Linked PU/Eu(Cit) Phen

摘要 合成了含—OH(羟基)的Eu(Cit)Phen(铕-柠檬酸-邻菲咯啉)三元配合物与端—NCO(异氰酸酯)基PU(聚氨酯)预聚物,通过—OH与—NCO间加成反应及1,3-丙二醇扩链反应制备键合型PU/Complex稀土高分子材料,将其溶液经静电纺丝制得具有荧光性能的纳米纤维。采用FT-IR、SEM、XRD、DSC和PL对其微观结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:纳米纤维形态良好,直径为300~800nm;纤维中三元配合物与PU间形成了共价键键合;随着三元配合物用量增加,纳米纤维直径变小,结晶性能降低,玻璃化转变温度上升,荧光性能逐渐增强。 The ternary coniplexe of europium with citric acid and 1,10-phenanthroline(Eu(Cit)Phen)with hydroxyl group and prepolymer of polyurethane(PU)with isocyanate groups-terminated were synthesized. Under the chain extension action of 1,3-propylene glycol,covalently bonded PU/complexes rare earth materials were prepared by the ternary complexes and PU prepolymer via additive reaction of hydroxyl and isocyanate groups.Fluorescent nanofibers derived from the PU/complexes materials were prepared via electrospinning method.The nanofibers were characterized with Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimeters(DSC), and photoluminescence(PL).The results indicated that the diameters of the nanofibers were 300~800 nm; the ternary complexes were linked to polyurethane via covalent bonds,with the increased content of the ternary complexes,the diameters and crystallinity of the nanofibers decreased,the glass transition temperature and fluorescent intensity of the nanofibers increased gradually.
