摘要
安全检查是矿山实施安全管理的重要手段,也是矿山安全标准化的组成部分。分析了露天矿山安全检查体系和安全检查表的主要编制内容,提出了安全检查表的构建建议,并以广东省大宝山矿业有限公司露天开采系统为例,构建了以安全检查表、安全检查制度为核心,包括巡回检查、例行检查、专业检查、综合检查的露天矿山安全检查体系,实践应用结果表明,安全检查体系的建立可大大提升矿山安全管理水平。
Safety inspection is not only an important means to carry out safety management in mines,but also an important part of mine safety standardization.The main contents of safety inspection system and safety check tables for open-pit mines are analyzed,and some proposals to establish safety checklist are put forward.Taking open-pit mining system of Guangdong Dabaoshan Mine Co.Ltd for an example,a safety inspection system of open pit mine are put forward,of which the core is safety check tables and safety management regulation,including patrol inspection,routine inspection,special inspection,comprehensive examination.The application results indicate that the establishment of safety inspection system for open-pit mines can greatly improve their level of safety management.
