摘要
针对湿式除尘器存在的主要问题,集多种湿式除尘机理于一体,成功研发了一种高效湿式除尘器,并对该除尘器的除尘效率与放水水位、进口流速、压力损失等因素间的关系进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用独特的双"W"型通道结构,显著增加含尘气体与水接触机率,当放水水位为70~90 mm、进口风速为13.5~14.5 m/s时,除尘效率达到99.5%以上;内部结构设计合理,运行压力损失仅为900~1100 Pa,较其它湿式除尘器的压力损失低,且允许处理风量在一定范围内波动;内衬防腐耐磨的无机材料,维护量小、且结构简单,占地面积小,有较好的推广应用前景。
In view of the main problems of wet dust separator,an efficient wet dust separator was developed which integrated several kinds of wet dust removal mechanisms.The relationships between total separation efficiency and water level,inlet velocity,pressure loss for the efficient dust separator were researched by experiments.The results showed that: By adopting the unique double-"W" channel structure,the touch probability of dusty air with water is significantly increased,and the efficiency of dust removing reaches 99.5% when the water level is 70~90 mm and inlet velocity is 13.5~14.5 m/s;The internal structure design is reasonable,so the operating pressure loss is just 900~1100 Pa which is less than that of other wet dust separator,the air volume through the separator may be allowed to change within certain limits,furthermore,the internal structure of the dust separator is lined with anticorrosive and wear resistant inorganic material,so the needed maintenance is little.The wet dust separator is simple in structure,its installation needs small area,and it has a better application prospect.
