摘要
本文提出并研究了轻稀土Ｐ５０７－ＨＣｌ体系Ｌａ／Ｃｅ分离过程中的在线萃镧除钙工艺，对工艺的实施方法、流程控制及分离效果进行了阐述。结果表明：该工艺可节约设备投资，用在线萃取法进行Ｃａ／Ｌａ分离。
Online solvent extracting Ca from La in P507HCl La/Ce separation process is presented.The process practice and control were also discussed.The separation results show that Ca can be separated effectively from LaCl3 with the simple equipment.The process can save investment on apparatus,improve the qualities of the products and decrease the noise pollution of the plant.It can be applied to the similar separation process such as P204-HCl system.
