摘要
为解决铝土矿浮选脱硅工业生产中回水高效利用的问题,通过改性絮凝剂,对比了改进前的回水与改进后的回水利用情况,发现尾矿回水可以利用,但返回比例要加以控制,回水中絮凝剂残留量不能超过0.005 g/L,回水pH应保持在9~9.5,同时要尽量降低回水中Fe3+、Al3+、Ca2+等金属离子含量。
In an effort to utilize backwater efficiently that is produced in the process of bauxite flotation desilication,it is found that backwater can be reused through modifying flocculant after comparing the back water before modification and after modification.However,the proportion of the backwater shall be controlled,the residual amount of flocculant in backwater can't exceed 0.005 g/L,pH of backwater shall stay between 9 and 9.5,and the contents of metal ions(such as Fe3+,Al3+,Ca2+)in backwater ought to be reduced as far as possible.
