摘要
目的通过循证护理为糖尿病重症脑卒中患者压疮的防治提供切实可行的依据,有效降低压疮的发生。方法对23例糖尿病重症脑卒中患者首先提出循证问题,然后查阅实证,再实践循证护理。结果 4例入院前已经发生压疮的患者3例痊愈,1例好转,另外19例未发生压疮。结论循证护理是以有价值、可信的科学研究为依据,用实证对患者实施的有效护理方法;应用循证护理对压疮的防治取得了良好效果。
This paper aims at providing practical basis for evidence-based care for diabetes through intensive pressure ulcer prevention and treatment of stroke patients to reduce the incidence of pressure sores which can be concluded that evidence-based care is valuable,credible scientific basis,with evidence of effective methods of care for patients with;application of evidence-based nursing prevention of pressure sores and achieved good results.
