摘要
采用气相色谱-离子阱质谱(GC-MS/MS)联用法,建立葱中α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC、p,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDD、o,p′-DDE、p,p′-DDT残留量的测定方法。样品使用乙腈提取,过Envi-18柱净化,经GC-MS/MS检测。结果表明,在0.05~5 mg/kg质量范围内,8种农药的回收率大于80%,相对标准偏差小于10%,完全符合农药残留检测分析的要求。
8 pesticides residues in shallot were determined by GC-MS/MS.Pesticides were extracted with methyl cyanide from samples,and the extracts were cleaned by the Envi-18 column,then analyzed by GC-MS/MS.The linear ranges of 8 pesticides are 0.05—5 mg/kg,average recoveries are greater than 80%,and the relative standard deviations are less than 10%.The method is sensitively simple and exactly.It is suitable for the determination of pesticides.
