摘要
纳米乳作为一种理想的新型药物载体,具有物理稳定性好、可提高难溶性药物的溶解度和药物的生物利用度、缓释性和靶向性好、适合多种给药途径等优点。介绍了其在口服、注射、经皮、黏膜给药系统等方面显示出的广阔应用前景,并对其在兽药新剂型研发中良好的推广应用前景进行了展望。
As a new type drug carrier, nanoemulsion had some merits, including good physical stability, the solubility of the indissolvable drug and the drug bioavailahility could be raised, the slow release and target performance were good, so it could be applied in many kinds of the administration route. It had been possessed the extensive application perspective in the oral, injection, transdermaldrug delivery system, mucosa administration systems, and its spread prospect would be wide in the development of the novel veterinary drugs dosage form.
