智能电网是当今世界电力系统发展变革的最新动向,并被认为是21世纪电力系统的重大科技创新和发展趋势。智能电网建设已经提升到国家战略高度,是推动低碳经济发展的重要载体和有效途径。文章将着力对湖南智能电网产业的建设进行一番探讨,以期抛砖引玉,能从真正意义上对湖南智能电网产业的建设作出贡献。
Smart Power Grid is the world＇s latest trends in power system development changes and is considered as a major technological innovation and a development trend in power system of the 21st century.Smart grid construction has been elevated to the national strategic level; it is an important carrier and an effective way to promote the development of low-carbon economy.This article will focus on the smart grid construction in Hunan to make contributions to Hunan smart grid construction from the true sense.
