基于设计FMEA的舰船设计质量控制技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 舰船设计质量是决定舰船最终质量的关键。在分析一般产品设计质量概念的基础上,结合舰船设计及舰船质量的特点,提出了舰船设计质量的概念模型,并分析了影响舰船设计质量的主要因素。综合鱼刺图、FMEA的特点,研究提出了鱼刺图与设计FMEA结合的设计质量控制方法,并采用设计流程卡规范设计过程,提高工作的可追溯性。 Design quality of warship is the key point of the quality of warship equipment.The concept model of design quality of warship is presented after the design quality concept of general production was analyzed and the character of design process and quality connotation of warship was concluded.The quality control method which combines the characters of fishbone chart and FMCEA was put forward,at the same time,the design process card was presented which can standardize the action of designer and make the action be traceable.
