摘要
有机盐钻井液体系由水溶性加重剂(Weigh1、Weigh2和Weigh3)、降滤失剂(Redu1和Redu2)、无荧光白沥青(NFA-25)、强包被抑制剂(IND-10)、提切剂(Visco1和Visco2)组成。有机盐钻井液具有流变性好、抑制性强、造壁性好、保护油气层效果好、对钻具无腐蚀,对环境无污染等特点。介绍了有机盐钻井液在K7井的现场应用情况。应用结果表明,钻头提出后完好无损,证明该体系能够充分清洗、冷却和保护钻头,延长钻头寿命;该井有机盐钻井液现场用浆经中国石油天然气集团公司环境监测总站检测,结果无毒。
The organic salt drilling fluid was composed of water soluble weighting agent W1,W2 and W3,filtrate reducer R1 and R2,non-fluorescence white asphalt NFA-25,enhanced coating inhibitor IND-10 and viscosifier Vl and V2.It had good rheologic property with strong inhibition,good well-cake building capacity,good effect of formation protection,free of corrosion on drill tools and without environment pollution,etc.Its application in Well K7 is presented.The result shows that no damages are caused on the drill bits,it is proven that the fluid can be used for fully washing and cooling the bits and prolonging their usage life,it is checked by CNPC Environmental Inspection Department,it shows that it is free of toxicity.
