摘要
为研究造纸污泥蚯蚓生物处理过程中污泥养分形态变化与生物酶活性和微生物之间的关系,在最佳蚯蚓生物处理条件下处理并测定了造纸污泥中养分含量、酶活性和微生物量。结果表明:蚯蚓生物处理后,污泥中有机质、氨氮、全氮量减少,全磷和全钾含量增加,速效氮、速效磷和速效钾增加,说明污泥养分的生物有效性显著提高;污泥中各种生物酶活性均呈增加趋势,但微生物活性显著减弱。在蚯蚓生物处理过程中,氨氮与蔗糖酶,全氮和全钾与脲酶,碱解氮与磷酸酶活性呈显著负相关关系;有机质和全氮与微生物活性呈显著正相关。
Bamboo pulp sludge was optimally treated by earthworms,and nutrient content,enzyme activity,and quantity of microorganisms in the treated sludge were also determined to study the relationships of nutrient changes,bio-enzyme activity,and microorganisms.The results showed that organic matter(OM),ammonia N,and total N decreased,while total P and K increased and all available NPK increased after the earthworm treatment,it confirmed that the bioavailability of nutrient in the sludge increased.Activities of all bio-enzyme in the sludge increased but activities of microorganisms decreased.Ammonia N and sucrose,total NK and urease,alkaline hydrolytic N(available N) and activity of phosphatase had significant negative correlation,while OM,total N and activities of microorganisms had significant positive correlation.
