摘要
为了解桃、李、杏属间及各属的品种间亲缘关系,给育种提供新的分子依据,同时为科学合理地保存和利用桃、李、杏种质资源提供科学依据,对47份桃、李、杏资源及7个桃李杂交后代株系的亲缘关系进行了ISSR分析。结果表明:筛选出的7条引物共扩增出103条谱带,每个引物扩增的条带数在11~22条。UPGMA聚类结果表明,54份资源按照桃、李、杏分为3组,其中杏位于桃、李之间;7个杂交株系聚在了桃组内。ISSR技术可以很好地用于桃、李、杏亲缘关系的研究。
ISSR markers were used to study the genetic relationship of peach,plum and apricot for providing new molecular evidences of classification,breeding,appropriate conservation and utilization of germplasm resources of peach,plum and apricot.Genetic relationship of 47 accessions about peach,plum and apricot resources and 7 hybrid lines of peach and plum were analyzed using ISSR markers.A total number of 103 bands were amplified using 7 selective primers;the bands produced by each primer ranged from 11 to 22.UPGMA method cluster analysis showed that the accessions were generally classified into 3 groups of different species,and apricot group was between peach and plum;7 hybrid lines of peach and plum were clustered in peach group.The genetic relationship of peach,plum and apricot could be assessed efficiently by ISSR markers.
