摘要
采用固相后缩聚工艺制备了一系列熔体质量流动速率不同的SA型透明聚酰胺(SATPA),研究了固相缩聚后SATPA的动态热机械性能和静态热机械性能。研究结果表明,固相缩聚后SATPA在玻璃化转变温度下有β、γ两个次级转变;随着熔体质量流动速率的减小,其玻璃化转变温度升高,耐热性明显提高,刚性增大,耐寒性稍有下降;玻璃化转变温度随着压力的增加而降低。
By solid state poly-condensation, four SA type transparent polyamide (SATPA) with different melt flow rates were developed. The dynamic mechanical properties and thermal mechanical properties of four semi-aromatic transparent polyamides were studied. Results showed, after solid polycondensation, SATPA had β、γ two relaxations. With the decreasing of the melt flow rate, the temperature of α, β and γ transition moved to higher temperature, which indicated that its thermal resistance improved and cold resistance declined. The glass transition temperature of SATPA reduced when pressure increased.
