摘要
医疗服务质量是医院生存和发展的基础,质量管理是医院管理的核心内容,也是医院管理成效的关键所在。本文通过深入分析国外对医疗服务质量管理的研究,对医疗服务质量管理的评价指标及评价理论进行综述。
Medical service quality is the basement of the development of a hospital.Quality management is the key point of hospital management and it represents the effect of hospital management.This article analyzed the studies of medical service quality management and reviewed the indexes and evaluation theories.
