摘要
目的:观察粗针平刺身柱穴配合体针对中风后痉挛性瘫痪的影响,为寻找有效的抗痉挛针刺方法提供临床研究依据。方法:将90例住院病人按入院先后顺序随机分为粗针体针组、体针组及西药组各30例,以修改的Ashworth量表为疗效评定指标,并同时采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价表及日常生活能力量表(ADL)对3组患者的肢体运动功能及生活自理能力进行测评。结果:粗针体针组有效率为86.67%,体针组有效率为66.67%,西药组有效率为56.67%。粗针体针组疗效明显优于体针组(P<0.05)及西药组(P<0.01)。3组患者的肢体运动功能、生活自理能力在治疗后亦均有不同程度改善,且粗针体针组优于另两组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:粗针平刺身柱穴配合体针可明显改善中风患者肢体的痉挛程度,是一种有效的抗痉挛针刺法。
Objective： To observe the effects that combined the method thick needle acupuncturing in shenzhu point subcutaneously and body-acupuncture on apoplectic spastic paralysis. Methods： Ninety inpatients were divided randomly into the thick needle with body-acupuncture group, body-acupuncture group and west medicine group. The modified Ashworth table, Fugl-Meyer evaluation and Barthel’s ADL index were adopted as observation items. Results： The effective rate was 86.67% in the thick needle with body -acupuncture group, that of the body-acupuncture group was 66.67%, that of the west medicine group was 56.67%. Comparision among three groups showed that the effect of thick needle with body-acupuncture group was significantly superior to that of body-acupuncture group （P0.05） and western medicine group （P0.01）. Both movement of extremities and self-caring ability of patients in three groups were markedly improved after treatment with the above mentioned therapeutic methods. Conclusion： The method that thick needle acupuncturing shenzhu point subcutaneously with body-acupuncture can release significantly the spastic degree of extremities for apoplectic patients, and serve as an effective therapeutic method of anti-spasm.
