摘要
本文应用交替格式隐式差分法、上限元法提出了模拟静压液态模锻轴对称件成型过程的基本方法。以圆柱形工件为例,用这种方法在计算机上成功地模拟了工件的整个成型过程,显示出了工件因塑性变形而产生的凸肚现象。
Based on the alternating-direction implicit method and the upper bound element technique, this paper presents an analytical method for simulating the axisymmetric Workpiece forming process in the static pressure molten metal forting technology. The cylindrical workpiece being taken for example, its molten metal forging process is simulated successfully on the computer by using this method, with inhomogeneous deformation along the radius displayed.
