摘要
随着空巢家庭的出现,大量空巢老人由于各种原因不能有效的安排自己的闲暇时间。越来越多的老人感到不幸福,孤独寂寞。文章认为,人的老年期应被看作生命过程中一个充满生机的环节,通过鼓励老年人投入并享受充实而富有意义的闲暇生活,可以使他们感受到生命的价值。
With the emergence of empty-nest families,a large number of empty nesters,for various reasons can not effectively organize their leisure time.More and more elderly people are not happy,lonely.Articles that elderly people should be seen as the life of the process part of a vibrant,inputs,and by encouraging the elderly to enjoy a full and meaningful life of leisure,and you can make them feel the value of life.
