摘要
目的探讨医院感染中医疗废物管理工作存在的问题及对策。方法找出医院感染中医疗废物管理工作存在的风险因素,制定相应措施和对策。结果采取相应措施和对策,真正从医疗废物产生的源头分类、医疗废物的贮存及运输体系、科研技术与经费、从业人员的教育和培训、相关法律法规与监督体系有效缓解医疗废物管理工作存在的问题所造成的危害。结论完善医疗废物监管体系,明确各部门职责分工,可有效预防医疗机构因医疗废物管理工作存在的问题所带来的危害。
OBJECTIVE To explore hospital infection of medical waste management problems and countermeasures.METHODS The hospital infection of medical waste management of the risk factors was identified,the appropriate measures and countermeasures were developed.RESULTS Take appropriate measures and countermeasures,the real source from the classification of medical waste,medical waste storage and transport system,the technology and funding for scientific research,education and training of employees,the relevant laws,regulations and supervision system of medical waste on the effective mitigation problems in the management of the harm caused.CONCLUSION To improve the medical waste regulatory system and a clear division of responsibilities of various departments can effectively prevent medical institutions for medical waste management problems posed by hazards.
