摘要
为了深入研究4ZTL-1800割前脱粒联合收割机惯性分离室内气流的运动规律,通过建立惯性分离室物理模型,结合流体力学雷诺时均N-S方程,运用FLUENT软件对惯性分离室内流场进行数值模拟,得到不同后壁倾角下惯性分离室内流场特征,包括速度矢量图、压力分布图以及压力、湍流动能变化,通过对模拟结果的分析,得到了较好的后壁结构。
In order to deeply study the motion law of the airflow in the inertia deposition-separation chamber of 4TZL1800 combine harvester threshing prior to cutting,a physical model of inertia deposition-separation chamber was developed by the combined with reynolds-averaged N-S equations of fluid mechanics.The airflow characteristics in the inertia deposition-separation chamber of different backwall inclinations,including the velocity vector diagram,the pressure distribution chart,and the changes of the pressure and turbulence kinetic energy were found by means of the numerical simulation by using the FLUENT software.
