摘要
由于复杂工程结构具有不确定性参数较多和非线性较强等特点,本文研究了如何用确定性计算响应面方法建立其响应特征和不同自变量之间的高精度模型,以两个典型非线性显示函数和一个含有多个不确定参数的螺栓结构为例,采用高阶幂多项式和最小二乘支持向量机两种方法建立了响应面模型,阐述了用支持向量机建立响应面模型的一般步骤。与高阶幂多项式方法相比,支持向量机可以用较少的样本点建立复杂工程结构的不确定性分析模型,对处理复杂工程结构响应面的高维数和非线性问题具有较好的效果。
Aimied at the more uncertainty parameters and nonlinear issues in the complex engineer structure,the response surface for structure was employed between response characters and different variables.In the case of two typical nonlinear indication functions and a screw-connection structure including several uncertain parameters,the response surface model was constructed based on high order exponent polynomial and LS-SVM(Least Squares Support Vector Machine).The modeling procedure using LS-SVM was presented in the paper.Compared with the method of high order exponent polynomial,the high precision response surface can be formed by less samples based on LS-SVM.The more effective result was proved in the high dimension and nonlinear problem of complex engineer structure.
