中文文科期刊影响因子评价作用之反思被引量：21

摘要期刊影响因子是评价期刊的重要量化指标,但必须在学科专业范围内使用。中文人文社会科学期刊由于在引文形式、引文之文献类型和刊载论文的多学科性等方面所具有的特性,综合性期刊的影响因子并不能确切地反映它们的学科特性,加之使用的泛化和误用,"以刊评文"的盛行,在中国期刊界已引起不良反应甚至不端行为,违背了中文社会科学引文索引研创的初衷。为科学反映期刊的学科特性,变"以刊评文"为"以文评刊",采用多指标加权分析可以弥补传统的"期刊影响因子"的部分问题,而采用期刊刊载论文学科相对影响指标可以科学地满足中文人文社会科学期刊不同目的的评价需要。
