摘要
建立某动力涡轮的流体分析模型,采用三维定常N-S(Navier-Stokes)方程和带转捩的SST(Shearstress transport)湍流模型,对该动力涡轮典型工况下的燃气流动状况进行了数值模拟。针对叶道内的二次流旋涡结构,分别对无冠动叶栅和有冠动叶栅顶部的间隙流、通道涡进行了分析,展示了大展弦比非气冷动叶栅顶部的三维流动特性。
Fluid analysis model of a certain power turbine has been created,and numerical simulation of the gas flow of the power turbine in a certain working condition was performed using N-S(Navier-storkes) equation and SST(shear stress transport) turbulence model.According to the result of computation and aiming at the structure of secondary flow vortex in the cascade passage,the tip clearance flow and the passage vortex in the rotor cascades with or without shroud have been analyzed respectively,showing the character of 3-dimensional flow at top of the high aspect ratio rotor cascade without air cooling.
