β-防御素SNPs/CNVs与疾病的关系及其在畜禽抗病育种中的应用展望 被引量:1

摘要 β-防御素是脊椎动物先天免疫的重要组成部分。人β-防御素SNPs、CNVs可影响基因的表达,与多种疾病易感性相关。本文主要介绍了人β-防御素基因SNPs和CNVs与克罗恩病、HIV感染等疾病的关系及畜禽β-防御素基因SNPs的研究进展。由于β-防御素显著影响疾病的抗性或易感性,对β-防御素基因SNPs/CNVs与畜禽疾病的关联分析,将为畜禽抗病育种中利用有效的SNPs/CNVs作为标记辅助选择提供可能。
