摘要
目的探讨大鼠腹侧脑桥神经元上NMDA和GABA受体在黑伯反射中的作用。方法通过显微注射技术向大鼠腹侧脑桥内注射NMDA受体阻断剂D-2-氨基-5-磷酸基戊酸(D-AP5)和GABA受体阻断剂荷包牡丹碱(B IC),观察其对黑伯反射膈神经放电的影响。结果应用D-AP5削弱了黑伯反射的呼吸抑制效应,应用B IC增强了黑伯反射的呼吸抑制效应。结论存在于腹侧脑桥的由NMDA及GABA受体介导的突触传递参与了对黑伯反射强度的调节,但两者作用相反。
Objective To investigate the role of NMDA and GABA receptors located in ventrolateral-pons(vl-pons) neurons in Hering-Breuer reflex(HBR) as simulated with electrical vagal stimulation.Methods Experiments were done on rats to observe the effects of NMDA receptor antagonist D-2-amino-5-phosphonovaleric acid(D-AP5) and GABA receptor antagonist bicuculline(BIC) on the phrenic nerve discharges in HBR by microinjecting the two antagonists into vl-pons.Results The HBR was weakened after microinjection of D-AP5 while it was strengthed after microinjection of BIC into vl-pons.Conclusion Neurotransmissions mediated by NMDA and GABA receptors in vl-pons are both involved in the modulation of HBR oppositely.
