摘要
根据评价指标的原则,通过结合建筑防火对策、消防安全技术、防火措施和专家意见,建立了影响高层宾馆消防安全的评价指标,利用层次分析法计算确定它们的影响程度和权重集;通过模糊数学理论方法,建立评价集,最终建立了高层宾馆的消防安全评价体系。利用该体系对昆明某宾馆进行了评价,验证了该体系的可行性,为消防安全管理部门提供科学依据。
According to the principle of evaluation index,and combining the architectural fire safety measures,fire safety technology,fire prevention measures and the experts＇ advices,the evaluation indexes of the high-rise hotel fire safety evaluation system were established,the AHP method was used to determine the impact factors and weight sets.Then fuzzy theory method was appliedto establish the evaluation set.Finally,the high-rise hotel fire safety evaluation system was established.This system was used to evaluate a hotel in Kunming,and the result indicated that the system is feasible.This system provides a scientific basis for the fire safety management department.
