摘要
在横截面为2 mm×2 mm的微细槽道内,以去离子水为工质,对EHD强化微细槽道饱和沸腾换热进行实验研究,得出不同的外加高压电场作用下,饱和沸腾段的热流密度与平均壁面过热度的关系曲线,分析外加电压对饱和沸腾传热系数的影响。研究结果表明,外加高压电场能在一定程度上强化微细槽道饱和沸腾传热,为探索EHD强化微细槽道饱和沸腾传热机理提供了一定的依据。
Experiments were carried out to study electro-hydrodynamics (EHD) enhancement for saturated flow boiling heat transfer in micro-channels with cross-section of 2 mm×2 mm using deionized water as the working fluid. In the boiling section of the channels with different voltages, the relation between heat flux and averaged wall superheat temperature was studied. The influences of the electrified on the boiling heat transfer coefficient were analyzed as well. The results show that electric field with high voltage can enhance saturated boiling heat transfer in micro-channels, and it lays a foundation for exploring the mechanism of EHD enhancement for saturated boiling heat transfer in micro-channels.
